Shipping
Free shipping available for all U.S. orders this month.
Orders are processed on the same day or the following day, depending on the time of placement. With our fulfillment center in Tennessee, deliveries typically take 2 days for most U.S. locations, and up to 3-4 days for Hawaii or Alaska.
Upon completion of the order processing, an email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

Returns
Returns are accepted for 30 days. Free return shipping. No restocking fees.

Our merchandise is strictly sold online.
The bowls are crafted from bamboo, ensuring eco-friendliness. The bins are constructed from mild-steel, promoting recyclability.
Our bowls are dishwasher safe. The Tobsters logo on the Evergreen bowl may fade over time, notably if used as a water bowl or cleaned in a dishwasher. Due to bamboo's natural porous quality, this is to be expected. However, rest assured that the bowl will continue to perform its job effectively over time.
